CHAPTER MEETING

4-5 pm @ Jungers Culinary Center

We are excited to host the first Fall ACF meeting at the new Cascade Culinary Institute facility. The meeting format going forward will be more educational and networking oriented, and Chef Thor Erickson will be conducting a sous vide cooking demo. The chapter will be hosting a social period following the meeting for networking. The meeting will be at the Jungers Culinary Center (NW Corner of Mt. Washington Drive and Shevlin Park Road), 4-5 pm. ACF membership isn’t a requirement, as our goal is to get the culinary community together at one time, and to celebrate our love for cooking, sharing knowledge, and networking. If you are able to attend, and we hope you are, please feel free to invite a few other chefs who you think might enjoy getting together. Dean and Gene
